What Is Your Policy On Returns And Refunds?

Thanks for shopping at Holkim! We consider all artwork sales to be final. However, we understand that damage may occur during shipping. If so, Holkim will issue a refund in the customer's original form of payment for artwork that was damaged in the process. Any irregularities within the artwork as result of shipping and/or delivery must be addressed at the time of receipt, we're here to help.

If your artwork arrives damaged via postal carrier, you have seven (7) calendar days to return original artwork and/or prints from the date you receive. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging that you received it.  Additionally, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.

How Do I Return or Exchange Artwork?

Step 1: Within seven (7) days, contact Holkim regarding your intent to return the artwork. Please contact us between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday via email hello@holkim.com. Please provide your order information and state the reason for your return.

Step 2: Within three (3) days, from the day you contacted us, ship the artwork back to Holkim. 

Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials if possible. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. 

Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund

Step 3: Once the piece safely reaches Holkim, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. 

You’ve Received My Returned Artwork, What Now?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the damage and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Is Shipping Covered For My Returned Item?

No. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
